OneFarm rolls out large scale vertical farms together with local partners to ensure food security for all parts of the population.
OneFarm's goal is to provide affordable fresh healthy food and plant pharmaceuticals to local communities on a global scale to mitigate the upcoming food crisis.
We believe community relationships are key to providing long term sustainable food security. It also ensures community support, access to sites for development, inclusion of local agricultural knowledge and industries, local institutional support, employment, distribution.
Localization opportunities in a global context will also allow South-South food chain development in regions that are disaster prone and climate change affected.
OneFarm combines knowledge about food and plant pharma, technology, infrastructure and data to enable local communities with their own secure food supply. The data produced will reinforce the open source feedback learning system . This will reinforce selection of seeds, new product development and long term control of growing environment leading to first mover advantages.

Chris has over 25 years experience in Operational Excellence managing various single and mult-site fresh food businesses and building production units for the processing of salads, vegetables and small fruits. Chris worked at Vitacress and Natures Way Foods, both growers and processors of salad crops, before joining Thanet Earth Marketing Ltd in 2009.
At Thanet, Chris managed the operational development of the site's processing facility producing 20% of the UK's cucumber crop, 120t peppers and 8 million tomatoes a week.
As well as operational responsibilities, Chris has held site and group wide Health, Safety and Environmental responsibilities and is an advocate for Behavioural Safety in the workplace having launched various initiatives to modify and improve on business safety culture.
